He has worked for some of the largest Global Recruiting Firms and Regional Search Firms where he was very instrumental in their growth. He is very skilled in developing new clients, whether they are a Fortune 500 company or a Local or Regional company. Joe’s passion is growing candidates’ careers by placing them in opportunities that align with their career goals. He values relationships with his clients and takes great pride in delivering the talent they deserve.

For Peregrine, Joe continues his business development. He also guides Peregrine’s network of independent contractors, offering negotiation strategies, business development collaboration, and company systems support.

Marc has enjoyed a diverse career over the past 27 years working in different industries, including Commercial Real Estate, Residential Real Estate, Non-Profit/Fundraising, Manufacturing/Distribution, and ultimately Executive Recruiting.

Marc was born in NY but grew up in Atlanta. Upon graduating from UGA in '96, Marc began his career as an Analyst at Equitable Real Estate Investment Management. Marc held various roles at ERE, including Appraisal, Acquisitions, and Asset Management, working for some of the largest institutional and pension fund clients in CRE. It was like a crash course in all aspects of commercial real estate.

In 1999, Marc was recruited away from ERE by a former colleague to a German-owned development company, where he rose to VP of Acquisitions and Development for their US operations. Kollmann developed industrial, multifamily, and office properties from the ground up, often raising capital, securing financing, and working with JV partners.

In 2002, the German investor closed their US operations, and Marc made several life-altering decisions. He got married and moved to Lake Oconee, where he became a realtor. Marc spent the next 8 years selling lots, model homes, and lakefront estates for Reynolds, a world-class golf, waterfront, and resort community on Lake Oconee. Marc enjoyed great success for numerous years until the great real estate recession of 2009 forced him and many others to pivot.

In 2010, Marc and his family moved to Athens, where he worked for his alma mater, the Terry College of Business, for the next four years. As a Regional Director in the alumni relations and development department, Marc averaged over 15 meetings a month with prominent alumni of UGA's top-ranked business school. It was an incredible networking opportunity.

Seeking to regionalize the private sector, Marc found his way to the recruiting industry in 2013, where he was able to leverage decades of executive experience and a vast network on behalf of his clients. Marc is an Independent Director for Peregrine Search Solutions, where he works with a variety of clients on their greatest recruiting challenges. When he is not recruiting, he is exploring his other passions: Family, Fishing, & Football.

Rick is a senior executive recruiter at Peregrine Search Solutions. His recruiting focuses on the supermarket industry, real estate, CPG manufacturing, human resources, accounting, and finance. He believes that communication is the key to having success as a recruiter, promising clients and candidates that he will not ghost them.

Prior to working with Peregrine Search Solutions, Rick held leadership positions at Fortune 500 supermarket chains and senior leadership roles as a consultant with PwC, KPMG, and IBM, working with supermarket retailers in North America, Canada, the UK, Belgium, and the Bahamas.

Rick has a Bachelor of Applied Science Degree from the University of Minnesota and a Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from the University of Michigan School of Engineering.

Cary Bilstein California

Cary is a 25-year search industry veteran with a resume that includes leadership roles in both global staffing firms and in-house talent acquisition with international professional services organizations.

Before Peregrine, Cary spent the last 10 years leading and building the talent acquisition functions at a top 8 global CPA firm and PE-backed OCFO consulting firm. His focus was to attract talent to the national audit practice, accounting advisory services, and ESG/Sustainability teams. At that time, he also had various assignments providing support to select advisory practices.

Prior to those roles, Cary had numerous producer and senior leadership positions in external search and interim consulting services. His experience has spanned from coast to coast, building teams both locally in So Cal and on a national level.

Originally from Las Vegas, Nevada, Cary is a graduate of Loyola Marymount University with a B.S. in Marketing. He lives in southern California with his wife and daughter.

During my college stint at HomeClub, I learned invaluable lessons from a stellar team, including executives and consultants, covering business operations, fraud detection, and accounting. This led me to the Finance Director role at Clothestime, overseeing strategic reporting, budgeting, and compliance with bank covenants for 527 stores.

My adept business acumen attracted the attention of American Business Ventures, where I crafted detailed plans for various startups, spanning grocery franchises, retail chains, and women's apparel companies.

Later, I joined Styles for Less, founded by Clothestime's former board chair. Here, I played a hands-on role in setting up accounting systems, training staff, and establishing protocols for finance and HR.

Transitioning into consultancy with Family Restaurants, Inc., I spearheaded data refinement efforts for a division facing liquidation, earning accolades and an opportunity to expand further. However, the joy of motherhood intervened, leading me to focus on raising my two sons for over two decades.

I developed a business plan for a headhunting agency during my university years, which eventually evolved into Peregrine Search Solutions. At Peregrine, we embody the traits of our namesake falcon—precision and speed in our pursuit of excellence.

I founded Peregrine Search Solutions with a commitment to prioritize our clients and candidates, equipping our network members nationwide with the tools for top-tier service. Our core focus is on business developers and recruiters, whom I aim to attract as entrepreneurial partners by offering competitive compensation, eliminating territorial restrictions, and fostering enduring partnerships.

I provide comprehensive back-office support, including contracts, LinkedIn licenses, applicant tracking systems, and electronic document signing capabilities, ensuring our members have everything they need to thrive.
